Life in Prison for Being Gay In Uganda

Soon the President of Uganda is expected to sign a law that will punish any gay person by sentencing them to life in prison.

The United States is Uganda's largest donor, sending more than $400 million in aid annually in recent years. If Museveni signs the bill, the U.S. is expected to review its relationship with the country with an eye on finding ways to register disappointment over the law.

Some of us don't realize how lucky we really are.

  1. That is what you get when the President is so ignorant he thinks all gays are "eating the poo poo." As we all know many straights are "eating the poo poo" too.
