Robertson Nightclub is embarrassed to ever be affiliated with such unprofessional individuals. Luke Nero and Andres Rigal continue to claim ownership of “Rasputin” (a generic name) more so “Rasputin – Legends Never Die.” The latter name and slogan were created in-house at the Robertson. Therefore, any claim to the name, its logos, and images by any other individual or business entity other than WEHO NIGHTLIFE GROUP would be incorrect. Further we have hired a new set of hosts, promoters and talent. We have also invested heavily (hope everyone enjoyed the double-decker bus like we did) in continuing to deliver a premium night in West Hollywood.
Sadly, Luke and Andres continue to invest their time and energy in attempting to defeat our night. Such antics have included the blocking of profiles on Facebook (by maliciously falsifying information to Facebook), making a mockery of an alleged homeless man wearing one of our free promo shirts (it says a lot of a person's character when you make fun of the poor), and creating images defaming our night. This is not only poor business practice and ethics but in many cases illegal. Further, the profiles that are blocked can no longer promote other events they are affiliated with as such affecting their income as Facebook is such a vital social media for marketing. Such selfish, narrow-mindedness should not be tolerated and we will not stand for it any longer.
Perhaps these individuals should invest in making their last and only night a success as it is no longer a rumor but a fact that numbers are dwindling at a drastic rate at said event. More importantly, an answer to the the complaint we filed (Case No.: BC533321) with the Los Angeles Superior Court is yet to be filed. Priorities are different for everyone we suppose. In the meantime, we will continue to add more causes of actions and increase our damages to our rightfully filed complaint. We appreciate those that stand by us and assure everyone that we will stop at nothing until we acquire the justice we deserve in this matter.
