And good riddance. This puppet needs to go. She only shows up at city council meetings after a gay bashing incident. And now she's being promoted to a position that will remove her from Weho.

The do nothing Captain is likely to be replaced by Lt. Cheryl Newman (her rumored lover) according to our inside sources. We hope Cheryl will man her post and actually have a presence in the awesome community she will serve since Frazer only popped up when there was a fire to put out.
