  1. it's a shame that you site makes the biggest joke out of those who are HIV+. Sounds like YOU're the ones finally being educated.

  2. seriously...this site allows people to just comment anonymously saying people have HIV. it should be stopped

  3. i thought " clean" meant you were just another of the 99% weho hungry bottoms who douches constantly so they are ready fucked at the drop of a hat...

  4. It was probably a boner kill but I commend that Grindr'er for taking a stand on discriminatory semantics.

  5. Seriously...the way the website allows people who are HIV+ to be stigmatized, abused, laughted at, picked on, bullied, made to feel less than, made to feel damaged and broken and something to be avoided, I find it fucking hilarious that you find that screen shot to be something that aligns with your belief system. As an HIV+ person, I can tell you first hand that it hurts me and makes me feel like shit to read the things you allow people to post on this website.

Fuck you. Grow up. Be part of the solution, not part of the fucking problem.

  6. You cuntlicks are the reason other people call HIV+ people dirty. Don't kid yourself. You perpetuate it. Just own it. Don't play both sides of the fence. It makes you look douchier than you already are.

  7. I thought that "clean" referred to having no STDs? Not just HIV. My boyfriend is HIV+(we always have safe sex), but it doesn't bother me that people use slang to get the ball rolling on a hookup app.

  8. IMO clean means: no drugs. Like when ppl online or phone apps ask you: "Are you clean and neg?" that's how it should be asked. Clean IMO again, stands for no drugs

  9. The logical individual who takes offense to things they read on a certain website would surely stop visiting. If you repeatedly visit this site and you're repeatedly offended, you have yourself to thank.

Fuck you. Grow up. Be a part of your solution, stop creating your own fucking problem. Dumb ass.

  10. @11:25am - no thanks, twat. I prefer to keep tabs on this POS cesspool of insecurity and self loathing so I can call you losers out on your shit and remind you how much you hate yourselves. Kthanks.

  11. ^^ Honnayy, i can ASSURE you we do not hate ourselves!! we vist this site for fun. not to "Keep tabs" on people. sounds like you are the one with issues to sort out...

  12. First of all, the "we" you speak of - bitch please. Everyone knows the owners and mods are responsible for half the comments on here. Secondly, I do have issues, and they are with this shithole HIV phobic website that likes to play both sides of the fence. And yes, you DO 'keep tabs' on people. That's why pretty much the only posts on here that generate any reader interactions and comments are the ones designed to trash people.

  13. For the record, I not only smh when I see Grindr'ers refer to HIV- as "clean" - but I also hate it when profiles get blatantly racist or ageist in filtering out potential chats. There's a polite difference between saying "under 40 please" and "NO old creepers over 40, that's sick u perv!!" Just like there's a diff between "Zac Efron step to front of line!" and "no Mexicans, blacks or asians, sorry I don't do minorities."

  14. "Clean" on a hook up site means you dont have the diseases. The opposite of that is not "dirty," it is that you are not clean, ie have a disease. We aren't talking about floors, fucktards.

  16. Dear 1:00 PM,

Who the fuck do you think you are "calling out on their shit"??? A vast majority of the posts here are anonymous, so no one is being called out on anything. But I suppose this is par for the course for the same fucking moron who continually revisits a website that offends her. Twat.

    Yours,
    11:25 AM

  17. I'll just say this.. people who see no problem with this post are most likely Obama voters.. and people who see clear through the day of light, and see the bullshit going on here would agree that Obama doesn't deserve their vote ;)

  18. People should so get over this whole HIV+ thing.
    I am HIV+, so what.
Yeah I fuck around on my partner. So what.
He is a dumb German fuck. What do I care.
An I do say I am CLEAN, because if I don't, then I won't get fucked! Simple.

  19. ^ you bitches keep the stigma around, so that's why 12:07's apathetic being lies about his status.

    ReplyDelete
  20. people with hiv are dirty as fuck.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Right, because if there was no stigma, then everyone would want to fuck people who are HIV+ and honest about it. Sure.

    ReplyDelete
  22. 3:20, well if people are honest about it, then you can make the choice ;) don't be ignorant.

    ReplyDelete
  23. How am I being ignorant? I'm being realistic. I'm HIV-, and I'm a top. If I were looking to hook up on Grindr and some prospective hookup/bottom told me he was HIV+, I'd decline. It has nothing to do with the stigma or the fact that people might look down on me if I were positive. It is 100% about the fact that I DON'T WANT TO HAVE THE VIRUS or the syndrome that will eventually be the end of me. Period.

  24. Where else is there a real discussion being had about HIV stigma? We happen to enjoy this specific thread & find it to be educational. We tolerate the various voices in our community on this platform but to imply that those various voice represent our own beliefs is ridiculous. If your featured on the site & someone says you are positive or you have AIDS send us an email to have those comments removed. It's that simple. And if you don't like go read Frontiers where the top story is about travel accessories. Yes we know what a passport is hunty.

    ReplyDelete
  25. 4:55, you're being ignorant because you're implying that the stigma should exist. Therefore, if you were to hook up with a positive bottom, he probably wouldn't even tell you he's positive. make sense?

    ReplyDelete
  26. NEVER ANYWHERE did I say or even imply that the stigma SHOULD exist. But it does. And it will continue. Because in 2012, in a developed nation, with the exception of a few very rare occurrences, HIV is absolutely preventable. Now again, if you are HIV+, I couldn't care less how you got it or if you have yourself to blame (most infections since the early 1990s). I just don't want it, so I'm not gonna hook up with you. The stigma means nothing to me, but apparently it means a great deal to you. Personally, I'd do my best to forget about what people think of me (remembering there are plenty of people in America who already look down on me as a homosexual), and worry more about the fact that I have to take meds and constantly monitor my health, avoid the common cold like the plague, be extra cautious in any situation where I might be injured and bleed, and always be honest with sex partners and additionally cautious anytime I do anything that is considered risky for myself (reinfection) or others involved. But of course I could also make it a priority to sit around and feel bad for myself that some people think I'm dirty because I am HIV+, and even take the time to anonymously complain to others who post on a gossip blog...anonymously. I have time to waste on WeHo Confidential and elsewhere really, but if I were HIV+, I think I'd feel that time is the world's most valuable commodity.

  27. Wow, the drama here. First off, I always thought that "clean" was a reference to ALL STDs. I am HIV-Negative. Still, I am just as afraid of other STDs as I am of HIV.

Second, anyone pretending that HIV is inconsequential needs to stop the delusions. Some people act as though having HIV is no more of an issue that you hair turning gray...like it's just a routine part of life. I call BS. HIV is very serious, very deadly, and very real.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, as I understand the "emotional" part of having HIV is huge. Yet, it's not fair to everyone else to act as though people with HIV are as healthy as anyone else. People with HIV carry a virus with the power to destroy lives. I DO NOT WANT IT, and no one else should.

Finally, why all the sympathy for the prejudice against HIV positive men on these sites? These same HIV positive guys then turn around and express their own preferences based on age, race, etc. Enough with the "woe is me" approach. At some people, EVERYONE is going to experience this discrimination on these sites. Even the hotties of today will get old, and life is going to suck for them too. As the saying goes, "payback is a bitch."

  28. 7:02, 1) Although it's irrelevant, I'm negative. 2) you said, "I have time to waste on WeHo Confidential and elsewhere really, but if I were HIV+, I think I'd feel that time is the world's most valuable commodity." You should still think that time is the world's most valuable commodity EITHER WAY. lol
