I've gone a few times since they opened and it's been a TOTAL disappointment. The serves are HORRIBLE. They either completely ignore you, forgot to bring your food out or mess up your order. And don't even get me started on how often the food comes out wrong or over-cooked.
I only went once, but the service was so bad, I probably won't go back. It was 8am on a Saturday morning, servers outnumbered customers, and it was still painful.
The worst service in all of Weho... terrible establishment. the staff are a bunch of idiots. the food is underwhelming and disgusting. GROSS!
Have been there many times... ALL AWFUL - Stick to the bar... the only good thing is happy hour!
In my experiences there (yes, i've been more than once, don't judge), the service has been FANTASTIC... it's the kitchen that's slow... in fact, on more than one occasion, the wait/bar staff was seemingly going above-and-beyond simply to over-compensate for slow kitchen service.
Went twice, only because I wanted to give them a second chance after a terrible first visit. The first time my breakfast skillet was sitting in about a half-inch of cooking oil. I didn't send it back because I didn't feel like waiting another hour for a different dish. The second time I had the pulled pork sandwhich and it was dry as bones. I told the manager who brought another, which was better. Still, they didn't even comp my soda. Probably never going back. What a shame.
SLOW is definitely putting it nicely. Went for Sunday Brunch, and ended up having Sunday dinner. And the food was not memorable.
Every time I have been it's been fantastic so not sure what all these queens are talking about. Great food and great service.
The queens on this site treat any new establishment like they do any new face. They simply post lies and derogatory remarks aimed at destroying the person or the place of business. If it is new, it could potentially take attention away from their sad existence. I ate here and the service along with the food was great. Stop with these predictable but no less destructive campaigns against everyone and everything outside of your pathetic circle of tired and soon to be forgotten queens.
To the above commenter... the business is slow & if they speed up the kitchen they may keep their customers. If no one says a word thy will soon fail. People comment on yelp all the time. Grow up!
To 8:53 I totally agree with you. I ate here also and it was great. People who complain are usually bitter and have an attitude.
i could not belive the server wanted ME to put my left overs in the box my self then bag it!!restarauns normally do it fo ryouso i went in the bathh room and SHAT on the floor!and i will do it again!
terrible service and mediocre food at best. literally took 15 minutes for the server to come by and even acknowledge our presence. this place is a mess.
depend on Yelp for restaurant reviews silly girls...
gay waiters at a gay restaurant are going to enact a lot of bullshit.
Went there for Brunch on a Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't busy at all but it took at least 20 mins for the server to show up. Then took another 30- 45 minutes to arrive (which I can prolly get cheaper and better at Eat Well or Joey's). Coffee and water were only refilled once, seems like the servers/runners are busy inside the restaurant. I only saw the server twice, when she took our order and when she dropped our check. If you are in for a good show of eye candies, this is the place for you. But if you're looking for good food paired with fast and efficient service, go somewhere else.
the service is GOD awful! its called kitchen 24 b/c it seems the kitchen takes 24 hours to get its food out! We have eaten there for FREE or gotten comped meals 3 times now because of the lack of service or the horrificness of some of the food. Apple Pie is applesauce with crust on it! Good lord they need to improve or be gone in 6 months after everyone has seen how horrible it is
